Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Rocky Mountain Lathing, we appreciate your business! We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Rocky Mountain Lathing. By placing an order or making a purchase at Rocky Mountain Lathing, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Rocky Mountain Lathing’s Privacy Policy. All of our products come with a limited lifetime warranty (excludes lost or stolen products). If there’s something wrong with the product you bought upon delivery, or your product sustains damage (excludes normal wear and tear) please contact us so we can repair/replace the product as needed. No proof of purchase (receipt) is necessary if you have contacted us prior to the return, as we have copies of all transactions and product sold. The product does not have to be in the original packaging.
Refunds
We at Rocky Mountain Lathing, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Rocky Mountain Lathing is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
We reserve the right in some cases to deny replacements or repairs, or require payment for the materials for replacements or repairs.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Each of our products come with a limited lifetime warranty. That means, if one of our products receives damage (excludes normal wear and tear damage, or damage caused by actions from the consumer) you may email us at colby@rockymountainlathing.com and we will be in touch about the next steps for a repair/replacement, as well as prepare to receive and repair/replace said item. The basic process will be for you to ship the damaged product to us (consumer is responsible for shipping costs). Once we receive the item, we will inspect the product to determine if it can be repaired, or if it needs to be replaced. Once the product is repaired/replaced, it will be shipped back to you.

Shipping
Rocky Mountain Lathing is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every return shipment has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping upon purchase.
